Method 1: Cleaning with Shaving Cream & Vinegar
This method defogs even the foggiest of mirrors and brings a sparkle to your mirror making it clear and sharp. It is also very easy as long as you follow the steps dutifully.

STEPS
STEP 1- Pour some dawn soap into a bowl of water and mix thoroughly until it becomes foamy. Then pour the mixture into a spray bottle.
Spray your mirror with the solution and wipe with a dishtowel. This is a preliminary cleaning that prepares the mirror for a more thorough cleaning with shaving cream.
STEP 2- Put some shaving cream on the mirror. Enough to clean the whole surface. This will do a better job than soap and will remove all stains, spots, and water streaks.

STEP 2- After 10 minutes buff off your mirror with a microfiber cloth removing all residues. This will defog your mirror and give it a clear look. For a more thorough cleaning though and to make their shine last longer, you shouldn’t stop here.
STEP 3- Pour 3 cups of filtered water into a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of rubbing alcohol and 1/2 teaspoon of orange essential oil and mix thoroughly.
STEP 4- Pour the solution into a spray bottle. Shake and spray on your mirror generously and wipe with a microfiber cloth.
With this method, you can avoid cleaning your mirror for several weeks. It will remain fog and streak-free and will not attract grime and dirt.

STEP 1- You need to remove dust and surface dirt from the mirror and also make the stains visible for removal. You need ammonia for this. Ensure you wear gloves.
Pour 2 cups of water into a bowl and add one cup of ammonia. Mix it well. Now soak a dishcloth in this solution and squeeze it to remove excess water.
STEP 2- Use the dishtowel to wipe the mirror down. Resoak the dishtowel as many times as necessary to get the mirror clean. Since ammonia is a powerful chemical, some stains will disappear while you’re cleaning.
STEP 3- Now make a baking soda paste. Add some water to baking soda powder until you have a thick paste. If it’s watery, it won’t stick to the stains and won’t work. Use an old toothbrush to apply the baking soda paste to the stains on the mirror. Pay attention to rust stains, and deep scratches.
